FRENCH LEGAL TIME

The standard time in France is determined from the coordinated universal time (UTC). According to periods from 1911 to our days, the dates of hour change are defined by decree; to pass to the summer-time we advances the clocks of 1h, to return to the winter hour we delay the clocks of 1h. Up to (January 2005), the decree instituting the summer-time, did not consider the years beyond 2006.
